＂ Yingxiu Earthquake Site ＂ is located in Wenchuan County, Aba Tibetan and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. At 14:28:04 on May 12, 2008, a massive earthquake of magnitude 8.0 on the Richter scale occurred in Yingxiu Town, Wenchuan County, because Yingxiu Town was located at the epicenter, with great losses of personnel and property, and the beautiful and prosperous Yingxiu in the past was almost razed to the ground. This is the most destructive, widest-range, worst-loss, and most difficult-to-relieve earthquake since the founding of New China.
