Yu Garden Review

Yu Garden was originally a private garden in the Ming Dynasty. Pan Yunduan, the owner of the garden, was a minister of Sichuan Province, and his father, Pan Enguan, went to the Duchayuan to the left of the imperial history and the criminal department. Pan En's old resignation, in order to let his father enjoy his old age, Pan Yunduan built Yu Garden after more than 20 years of hard work, in the middle and late Ming Dynasty was recognized as "the southeast garden crown". Yu Garden has a typical Jiangnan garden style, reflecting the artistic style of the southern gardens of the Ming and Qing generations of "quiet and beautiful, exquisite and exquisite". The garden also preserves a considerable number of ancient trees and famous trees and Ming and Qing furniture, celebrity calligraphy and painting, mud-plastic brick carvings, and forehead-linked cultural relics. It is a rich collection of traditional Chinese culture and art.
