This old house is located on Xinhua Road, Heping District, Tianjin, a two-story brick mixed structure building, built in 1933, for the Yuanlong silk shop founder Sun's family residence, classical style building.

Yuanlong Sun's old house is the former residence of Yuanlong silk shop manager Sun Zhongkai and his family in Tianjin. It was built in 1933 and is one of the important buildings retained by the Tianjin Concession. Yuanlong Sun's old house is designed by Yuan Ziheng, a Chinese engineer, and has three connected buildings in the North Building, Middle Building and South Building. Among them, the north building is a two-story brick mixed structure building, with four square columns and four classical columns attached to the facade. The middle floor is a large living room and study, the south building is a four-story, the courtyard door is a house-style gate building, the courtyard has a garage, kitchen, storage room and small garden. The old house has now been transformed into an "English-Chinese International Kindergarten".
