The "Big Wild Goose Pagoda" in southern China, the Guo Temple Ancient Pagoda, is an ancient temple on the heart of the Hexin Island of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, integrating Buddhist temples, cultural relics and natural scenery. The temple was built in the Tang Dynasty, the original nine floors, the Qing Jiaqing period due to wind damage to the three floors, and the Guangxu period was repaired to the seven floors. In 1956, the Grand Canal was widened and rerouted. Because of its cultural relics, Zhou Enlai approved the "Let the Taobao Tower", which allowed people to still see the style. The ancient tower basically retains the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty and is known as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the south.
