There are only four Michelin Samsung in the whole UK, and there are only two in London. One is Gordon Ramsay located in the Chelsea area, and the other is Alain Ducasse I went to this time, just in the old luxury hotel The Dorchester. Alain Ducasse is French, there are restaurants in France and Morocco, and Beige on the top floor of the world's only Chanel restaurant, the flagship store of Chanel Ginza in Tokyo, is also responsible for him. It is a Michelin-star. Because there are only two Michelin Samsungs in London, although the price is expensive, it is still difficult to find one. If you want to go, you must locate it, and the restaurant's official website can accept reservations. We ordered 2 different packages, Tasting Menu 7 courses for 140 pounds, seasonal menu 7 courses for 180 pounds. The dishes are completely different, you can try them all. Speaking of how delicious Michelin Samsung can be, in fact, there is no need to expect too much. I think Michelin restaurants are more a selection of ingredients, the creativity of the cuisine, the level of flavor and harmony.

The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

The local colleague brought it, a authentic Londoner, very gentlemanly, the dishes inside, but because the colleague brought it, the waiter was very polite, the service and the tourists were not a level.

A spectacular dining experience at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. Beautiful hotel and dining room, impeccable service, very interesting and delicious plates served and the suggested wines and port were spot on!

Amazing service and ambience. The food is pretty good, but I thought that for a 3-stars restaurant the food would be unforgettable.

Everything was perfect and the staff were very nice and adjusted the menu to my requirements while still making me feel I get the three star experience. My only comment is that it’s too cold in the restaurant - the temperature is set for men wearing suit jackets, so a woman in a simple top will be cold.

Me and my partner decided on Alain Ducasse for our anniversary dinner and went with high expectations. The tasting menu was fantastic, so many wonderful dishes, every single one of them at the very peak of refinement. The lobster tail, which has been on the menu since 2007, was an absolute showstopper. As a special treat for our anniversary, the kitchen prepared us the Rum Baba for dessert - which apparently secured Ducasse his 3rd star in Monaco - and what a treat it was! The staff were uniformly excellent and went out of their way to make our occasion go from the special to spectacular. They speak of the food with pride and take that pride into every aspect of their service. Ultimately, this place has the reputation it does for a reason, and it more than exceeded our very high expectations.
