Last night the staff managed to confuse the price of B45 for garlic bread for the number of a meal. I had a bill for B250 for a meal. When I objected some Thai waitress started barking at me as though it was my fault. I pointed out that I had indicated what I wanted on the menu by pointing at a picture of the garlic bread. Did no good. They tried to shout me down and we had a row. Eventually I received a revised bill and the garlic bread, which appeared to have been subjected to a microwave. It was like biscuit. My companion had some beef patties dish which was up in price while at the same time reduced in size. All the time this was going on the French manager was sat 12 feet away and ignoring everything. This is the problem, the staff know they can give terrible service and bad mouthing and this manager will do nothing. Last time I was there they took away my drink after I had paid the bill and went to the lavatory. They just do not care. The only time you will receive good service is when they think there is a chance of a big tip or a ladies drink. No other bar would employ them.
