Chez Leon 1893 Review

There are many restaurants on the seafood street in Brussels, and the most authentic one of them is Chez Leon, which was founded in 1893. The cheese garlic mussels here is awesome! There is an old store with more than 100 years of history. The main thing is green mouth shellfish. It is indeed delicious. I asked for chips and bread to fill my stomach. Blue mouth shellfish asked for two flavors, all delicious.

This store is located in Brussels' famous seafood street Rue des Bouchers, near many Qingkou stores, but this is more customer-friendly. Arrived at the store at 7 pm, it was very hot this day, but I still chose the outdoor street seat. Each table was small and close. The street was not wide and there were pedestrians passing by. Entering the store, there was air conditioning, and found dozens of tables upstairs and downstairs empty, but most guests chose outdoor seats. Ordered boiled green mouth stew and a lobster raw nautilus shell platter, and the small table barely fits. For us is a kind old man, quick action, fast food. The green mouth ingredients are very fresh and very clean. No one in a large pot feels the sand. The cooking is just right, fresh and delicious. The local peeled shrimps in the seasoning also taste good. After eating the green mouth, the milky white soup on the bottom of the pot is exposed. After drinking, I feel that the taste of the green mouth has fully entered the soup. The platter was delicious too. After dinner, I was sweating.

This is a famous Haihong restaurant in Brussels. No matter who you go with, you should eat here~~~. Later, I also ate this chain store in Paris, but it was not as delicious as this time.
