Maggie’s.5 excels for its location, decoration, and romance. The garden environment and Asian-European mixture deliver a unique atmosphere. Entering the door, you just stepped into the 1920’s era. The food is of Ningbo tradition, presented in a delicate format. The crispy chicken is delicious and the baked vegetables are nice. The beef stew is tender but a bit sweet on my side. The white fish is cooked in hot oil and soup, making it tender and juicy. The rice in soup tastes great.The plates are artistic. Especially, the chopstick frame is of the shape of a deer, which is very lovely.
