China Spice (Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou) Review

Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is located on Huicai Road, Dongguan, about ten minutes away from Sanxi Metro Station of Line 5. This Chinese restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It is very high-end. We have a small hall that can accommodate 6,7 tables. The overall appearance of the dishes is not bad, but the taste is only medium.

My friend’s unit was doing activities at Sheraton Dongguan. I kindly invited me to come here to participate. I just came here to eat without working overtime recently. The Four Points by Sheraton Dongguan is the manager of the Sheraton Group of the Civilized World. Sheraton’s buffet is eaten more. But because it is on the side of the road, it is easy to find. [Juweixuan Chinese Restaurant] Step into the Sheraton lobby and follow the atmospheric stairs to the second floor. It is Juweixuan Chinese Restaurant. There is no old-fashioned door. The fully open restaurant has a shell-shaped ornament in front of the restaurant. There are coconut greens and seasonings from Thailand on the table next to it. The recent theme here is Thai Food Month. The location of the Chinese restaurant is not particularly much, but the width and comfort between each table and chair is quite good, the lighting is just right, it is a pleasant dining environment. There is a row of rooms inside, but because we only have two people, we have no room. [Service level] As a five-star restaurant, the service level here is good, there is nothing to say, the door is quite warm greetings, the water is not stopped, very thoughtful, and will not disturb our chat. [Crissy curry chicken] The most prominent in Thai food is citrus, this dish has a strong citrus flavor, curry juice is also very authentic Thai sweet, chicken is very tender, bibimbap is first-class. [Thai coconut milk soup] The sour and hot taste, the same inside the smell of citrus hanging, so the soup is very sweet, there are mushrooms inside, eating appetizer. [Fish cake] The outside is eggplant, the inside is fish cake, or the first time to eat this combination, the outer skin is crispy, plus the special sauce here, the taste is fresh. [Muppets chrysanthemum seedlings] This dish is especially recommended by friends. Although Aqiang is a food that eats all over the north and south of the Yangtze River, it is the first time to try it. It is black and black. It is refreshing to eat, has resilience, delicious, and it is said to be very supplemented. There are many flower glues in it, thick enough, it is a good fish glue. With chrysanthemum seedlings, the soup is very good, it is worth a bowl. [Shrimp dumplings & coconut dumplings] Shrimp dumplings follow the Cantonese dim sum practice, but the top of the head is larger than the traditional shrimp dumplings 1/4, so a bite can not be dried out, it is almost full of shrimp, the ingredients are very sufficient. Juweixuan is located on the second floor of the Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou Dongguan. The restaurant is well decorated, but it is not out of style and elegant. The color matching of the dishes is very eye-catching, exquisite and delicious, very suitable for friends gathering or business dinner.
