A small shop, separated by a bar, inside is a table with a dazzling white wine and kitchenware, two large rice cookers and a fried area wrapped in tin foil to prevent oil splashing. There are only four small tables and four bar seats left. The bar was lined with pictures of Mount Fuji and the chef's family, and the wall facing it was covered with lovely white paper and a menu. Seriously, it was just for a staple food. But it was the best burdock I had ever eaten in London. Unlike the past beef slices, beef is more like braised pork rice. There will be no bite, eggs and onions are also very sweet, rice is soaked in a lot of soup, there is a feeling of eating tea and rice and then matching Japanese and beef chopped canned. The disadvantages and advantages are obvious, the human touch of family cuisine, respect for simple ingredients and details, the right fire, the relaxed atmosphere and the cozyness of not worrying about leaving the venue on time.
