Fantastic service as always from Sheraton. Only Sheraton gives good service from the Bonvoy Family. Wished it was like before the merger. Best

Excellent Food and good service. We had the Al a carte menu on a Sunday night. Everything was delicious :)

It wasn't as festive as previous years. There wasnt any ginger bread which was disappointing. And the table service was lacking. Probably due to staff shortages with our current environment.

Seafood buffet is this best.

As we were staying at the hotel, the restaurant was a convenient place to eat. We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected and the restaurant staff were happy for us to be seated an hour earlier than our booked time. The cold seafood section (smoked salmon, prawns, blue swimmer crab and oysters) was standard and could have been improved if there was more variety such as cooked versions of oysters (Kirkpatrick or mornay). The hot food and cold meats section was standard. The roasted vegetables were cut into big pieces and hard to balance getting too full trying them and not wanting to waste food. The staff in the pizza section was nice enough to make a non standard pizza. In hindsight, we could have peeled our prawns and picked items from the buffet to be made into a pizza. If you are a desert person, the variety and quality of deserts was outstanding and I think the best part of the buffet.
