I didn't expect to eat authentic spicy pot in Australia. The soy products here are very good.

Chuangui Snacks is a Chinese restaurant in Sydney's Chinatown. You can know that this is a restaurant with spicy characteristics, and the spicy pot is the dish that most guests who eat here will order. The restaurant decoration is relatively simple, it looks transparent and spacious, and it feels like a food stall. The waiters here can speak Chinese and English, the menu is also bilingual in Chinese and English, and there is no language barrier to ordering. The ordering list is also a menu, and you can mark the number of dishes directly on the name of the dish. But it is necessary to note that the spicy dishes here are divided into four levels, and they should be selected according to their ability to avoid not suitable for taste. I feel that eating here is very affordable.

The most frequent spicy pot restaurant. The taste is quite satisfactory. It is suitable for people who are not picky about the taste. Three or five friends. A large pot. A few drinks are a meal. Because it is open, the weather is too cold or too hot.

Disclaimer: You really have to know what you are eating! Bring a friend who understands! AUTHENTIC??? ABSOLUTELY! This place is one of my favorite in Sydney. The Dry Hot Pot as I like to call it is a sichuan native stable food. This is the REAL DEAL! YES, they only do cash (Chinese Restaurant) YES, from your point of view it can be dirty, but the taste of the food is very much authentic! YES, it is just maybe a little pricey, but trust me the taste makes up for it. YES, the service can be crap because half of them can not speak English and the servers are just high school/college students. They do not know better; it is all under the table. NONETHELESS, if you are into spicy REAL Sichuan Stable food, this joint has got it for you!
