My wife and another couple from Houston are here Saturday night (Halloween) at about 6, right before the chief got. Phoned ahead 39 minutes and for a great reservation table in the front not next to the window but with a nice view nonetheless. Started with Deep Fried Pumpkin which I had never had before and it was delicious. We also had Spring Rolls and Chicken Satay. Two $15/bottles of decent screw top red Cabernet Savingion's from Sonoma was a bargin. I had the fried fish in Tamarind sauce which was good but the sauce was a little heavy. My wife had Pad Thai Tofu which I tasted and was good. I don't recall the other orders but it was a good meal for a reasonable price. The streets were crazy being Halloween right on Haight St. Wish I could erase a couple mental pictures.
