Z am Park Review

Z am Park is located just off Badenerstrasse and can be reached with public transit Bus #71/72 (Friedhof Sihlfeld). There are tables’ and cushioned benches on the inside, while the sidewalk tables with plenty of umbrellas, have a sunny location facing the park across the street. Z has newspapers and magazines available for guests and the restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and they offer juices, hot/cold beverages, breads, cookies and sandwiches on the menu. As one of the first customers in the door the morning of my visit, I ordered a hot chocolate (5.10CHF) and it was hands down the coldest ‘hot’ chocolate I can remember ever drinking. I mean to be in the core business of serving hot beverages and to serve such a barely luke warm beverage I was very surprised and disappointed. Since I was there for just a quick visit, I decided not to bring this problem to the attention of the staff and would deal with this issue later during my review. Hopefully, with this rating you can improve your product(s) that you are serving to your guests.
