Wedholms Fisk Review

An old seafood restaurant in Stockholm, presumably lost its Michelin star because they didn't run the current molecular cuisine. But their meals were of perfect quality, traditional and confident. The main dish, monkfish and champagne sauce, was delicious. ​

The taste of "Brochet" is so easy to eat in the cup or on the plate (Brochet is also a name for fish). In the sunshine of the Swedish capital, "fish meat" is a fish ball improved by the famous Wedholms fisk restaurant, which is even more delicious than the Silver Tower restaurant in Paris! ​
