Out of the beautiful island MRT exit 1, I saw a row of very grounded stalls opposite (I thought it was a store, but I found out that it was a different stall). The simple kitchen, simple tables and chairs look messy but clean. Three generations of spring rolls are one of them. A spring roll of NT$40, wrapped in various vegetables, meat, sausages and powdered sugar, was unexpectedly delicious.
