一般在市中心和当地的商场都会有这个牌子的咖啡店，价格比星巴克便宜一点，是越南咖啡的头牌，人流要比星巴克大很多，里面有很多特色的咖啡饮品。

喧囂的西貢幾乎是每兩三個街口就令看到一间高原咖啡光是在胡志明市第一郡就有將近20家分店高原咖啡的苦味重煉乳給的慷慨又甜又香又澀冰咖啡裏四分之三都是冰融化后淡淡的咖啡香 也很好喝的 除了咖啡之外也販售冰沙特色水果茶法棍三明治甜點等堪稱越南國民飲品專賣店～

去过很多次了，咖啡很香很醇厚，一般加冰，当地喝法。可以拉花，奶泡足甜品选择不是很多，偏甜，可能是我没挑对品种。服务员比较随性，不刻意，很满意

在胡志明没怎么看到星巴克，这家highlands coffee倒是看到不少。在他家吃过早餐，怎么说呢，终于把越南法棍吃出了赛百味的感觉。至于咖啡，还是偏爱街头小咖啡馆的。我总结了一下，估计是因为走在大街上，各种味道混杂，一缕咖啡香自然沁人心脾。但是进了这种咖啡馆，有一种固定的模式化的咖啡香气，反而冲淡了咖啡本身带给人的感官美好。

胡志明街头非常有名的咖啡厅，有非常好喝的越南特色咖啡，味道香浓，价格便宜，非常值得推荐！
