I read about the restaurant of this hotel in TripAdvisor and visited the place on my tour. The interior is majestic, it is like from a colonial age manor. The whole place is like from an interior decoration magazine. We had lunch there, and it was quite good. The place was empty when we were eating but at around 3-4 o'clock people started to rush in, and to my amazement I realized that it is tea time and everyone was waiting for it. Needless to say the tea was served in nice porcelains and the sweets were looking tasty. They have an amazing room (a winter garden actually) full of orchids where you can have your cup of tea. No need to say that it is an upscale hotel, although I did not stay there, it is one of the most expensive hotels in the city.
