Ambrosia Oyster Bar & Grill Review

Poor serviceMy customer took me here for dinner. The location of the restaurant is outstanding - on the 28th floor of the iSquare shopping tower. The views are over the bay, across into Hong Kong from Kowloon. You can see the light show at night from the restaurant. The decor is nice and very stylish - there is a grand piano in the corner and a guy was playing it periodically.This is a place to eat oysters and they have a large variety - especially from France. The menu isnt very extensive. I had the snapper over spinach and tomato puree. It was ok - the fish a little dry. The other guys had risotto and spaghetti alla carbonara which they liked. The guys also had some oysters.My issue with the restaurant was the service. It started out well - there was this high strung looking guy who seemed to be the head waiter and he was taking care of us for a while. Then it just stopped...
