There is no other choice: only the innovative menu "8" is available. It is modern Italian and Japanese cuisine. The price is reasonable, AUD 105 per person, but the wine is a bit expensive. One highlight is the tea bowl steamed: a combination of Italian cheese, Japanese custard and a strong tomato soup. The teamwork in the open kitchen is very attractive. If the waiters are as passionate as the chefs, the ratings here will be higher. It is not easy to walk here on a rainy night. And despite my friend's booking a month in advance, the waiter was not allowed to pick a table for us to sit on.
