Superb Rooftop DiningWe are staying at Bisma Eight and enjoyed the free cocktails and canapés on Fri evening before dining here. My husband that the Angus Burger with all the trimmings (he is English) and so cannot give up habits of a lifetime! I had the Pepper Shrimp followed by Tandoori Chicken. Beautifully presented and well done. Bottom line...we both still felt great the day afterwards and that is not always the case even in the best Ubud has to offer. Service was provided by a young male Balinese waiter who was attentive and approachable. Best of all..they have 20% off their new seasonal menu for October which negated the surprise Balinese heavy taxes always give!

    I came to Ubud from Seminyak early in the morning. I should not be prepared for the hotel room, so I went to the restaurant to eat something first. The dumpling salad tasted fresh and the sauce was just right. The roast prawns are also very bulletproof, but unfortunately there are 2 of the 4 without picking shrimp lines, which affects the appetite. The waiter is still more enthusiastic.

    Nice ambience but staff trying to push salesFor a high class restaurant, setting is great. Food is nice too. But staff seems being force to keep asking if u wanna order more, which I find it offensive & turn off.
