Staying in Sydney for a few days? Want to try a high-end dining experience? Just come to Luke Mangans Glass Brasserie at Hilton, don't think about anything else. There are a lot of great wines and the menu is very attractive, with a great meat menu, and carnivores will definitely pick and choose. I ordered Mongolian lamb chops, my son ordered 450g ribs, my wife ordered vegetarian pasta, and a variety of steamed green vegetables. I never had a sweet and crispy broth.
