🌟 Mushrooms flow hearted eggs; Pyrenees' own grass mushrooms, you have to eat better after autumn every year, mushrooms are Shanzhen, simple cooking has excellent fresh fragrance. The integration of eggs will enhance the delicious taste of mushrooms. 🌟 foie gras tuna; It's a really fragrant appetizer, you have to have a stuffy mouth, foie gras and tuna blend together, the taste of the fragrant and fresh body is great. 🌟 roast beef; it's not as simple as roasting a normal roast, but sprinkle with juice after roasting, and the base is also covered with a layer of cream mashed potatoes. Beef is delicious

I look forward to returning to this restaurant again to eat and try other dishes on the menu. I will give him five stars if I give this restaurant a rating. The dishes here are very good, I have crab fried rice, chicken wings, of which my favorite is crab fried rice, it is very fragrant, and the price of these foods is very cheap.

Wanted to go to a traditional Dutch restaurant and the De Blauwe Hollander was recommended and did not disappoint.We managed to book a table just as well as the restaurant was busy from when we arrived to when we left.The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was great tasty and plentiful, would recommend the Stampot dishes.

Booked this for our first dinner in Amsterdam and it was a lovely place to sample some Dutch classics. Very much recommend the Bitterballen and Stamppot (and do save room for the Poffertjes! They are gorgeous)

This is great place for local food and local drinks! It wasn't too busy but service was lacking. We were forgotten about and it took a little while but otherwise it's a wonderful place.

This restaurant is a real gem! The ambience is wonderful, many little tables with cozy lighting and classical Dutch art on the walls. The service was fast, the staff was attentive, and the food came out quite quickly. We got the snert (Dutch pea soup) and the stamppot hutspot (mashed potatoes with veggies, tender beef brisket, and gravy). The portions were good and the food was excellent! I highly reccomend :))

A lovely place to eat traditional Dutch food we came across it online. Great service and good friend. They were very helpful to explain what the dishes were as we were not sure on some of the dishes. Lovely food would recommend to go here if looking for some good traditional food.
