Barcelona is surrounded by mountains and seas with a wealth of seafood, and Catalan chef Paco Perez, inspired by the Mediterranean seasons, finds a delicate balance between traditional local flavors and advanced cuisine. The famous local red shrimp in Spain is made into three foods. The first step is to eat dried shells, and then the sweet shrimp meat is exquisitely seasoned. Finally, the shrimp head is grilled just right and the shrimp brain is licked out... The fresh sweet taste of the shrimp is gradually advancing, and the changing texture also brings a different stimulating taste. It is breathtaking. Red shrimp is so mouth-watering, and it is not the case that ordinary people can explore a food and exhaust every possibility of expression. The picturesque presentation is also remarkable. The wine is delicate and elegant, showing the new style of Spanish wines that are unknown. The restaurant is located on the Barcelona seafront, with outdoor views open in summer, and it is too romantic to have dinner in the sunset.

Perfect “haute Cuisine” in a nicely decorated place. Fish cooked to the second, precise and filigrane technique. Wonderful presentation! The only grain of salt was the grated Parmesan cheese on shrimps. At our opinion a no go. But the rest easily compensated us. Very friendly and attentive service staff. For us this evening was a more then perfect finish of 4 days in Barcelona.

The service was absolutely stunning! Everyone was friendly, kind and welcoming. Every dish was better than the previous one with perfect temperatures and textures. Also the wine was perfectly chosen by the sommelier of the restaurant. Compliments to kitchen and service team!

As for the Michelin starred place everything was perfect. We had the tasting menu in Jan 2022 and it was delicious, but we would appreciate maybe more variety. Some of the dishes were composed of similar ingredients. All delicious of course. Service was impecable. Very small and cozy place. We had a chance to stay at the hotel as well so it was a nice perk to eat right at the hotel restaurant. The bottle of wine was an excellent touch. Once they update the tasting menu for the new season we will come back for sure.
