M & G The Restaurant Review

We arrived from the airport very late at night, around 11 p.m., and were concerned that we would not be able to get anything to eat. Nonetheless, the staff happy to serve all seven of us. The food was delicious and, although we thought the service was rather slow, we soon learned that this is the Roman way! Although we didn't eat there again during our stay, we often nipped in for a late night coffee or glass of wine after a hard evening slogging round the sights of Rome. The staff were lovely and had a great sense of humour, even judging our ''who bought the worst fridge magnet competition''.
