My wife and I spent a few days in Copenhagen and we were looking for a good place to eat. I booked a few weeks ago with the rebels, but it turned out to be unnecessary. On a Monday night, the site said it was as closed as the internet, but a phone call confirmed it was open... Maybe that's why restaurants aren't busy - certainly not food or service. There are two options on the menu - arguably full meals, including seven courses, paired with wine, or ordering a single small plate. Many restaurants in Copenhagen seem to like the set menu and, although interesting, there are always things I don't want to order. Yes, these packages let me step out of my comfort zone step by step, but often not, they confirm my hobby. This is a very lovely and charming waitress who speaks impeccable English and advises that three small plates would be enough if we were hungry. My wife and I decided to share two each and then the third one with dessert.
We ordered a good bottle of restaurant first. If I have a suggestion, it will have more wine in the 500 DKK mark. There are lots of good wines that are more reasonable prices and finding those is half the fun of eating out. But having said so, we were very happy with our selection. I ordered Duroc pork and stir-fried chops. We decided to share the rib eye steak with black truffle and chocolate pie. Really delicious. There is soft on the outside, inside and it is delicious.
from the beginning of the course. The trophy fish in onion sauce is delicious; fried Comte cheese with its top. On my side, pork and pork sausages are equally pleasant - pork belly is usually chewy, but this is melted in your mouth delicious, and yellow pea lotion is added to Bliss. If we think things can't get better, we do so, and the next course proves we're wrong. Octopus is my wife with gentle and as soft as the miscellaneous, soft these should be. I am not a big fan of beets, which is common, but including beets is delicious as it is fried cabbage, which is fun and sounds.
But wait - rib eyes come, and the waiter in the meat (there is a black truffle to add truffles), say " tell me when you feel guilty. " She starts to put the truffle dish, and I just watch the anticipation. Is guilty? Is there anything too much truffle? This dish is well matched, if there is a dish, I suggest you try it, this is it. The meat is tender and juicy, even the fat is delicious. The sauce is incredible, the truffles add it all together. I regret sharing this with my wife! We ended up with dessert. Chocolate pie is good, but it is what makes this dish. No matter what they do with the cherries, they need to continue doing it. Service is professional and pleasant; the pace of the meal is perfect. Room is empty but comfortable and chairs are comfortable. The restaurant is temporary, and a nice pair of jeans is uncomfortable, but picks not at all.
In general, I would not hesitate to return to try some of the dishes I ordered for a second, as well as try some others. I don't think you'll have a problem here. It was a wonderful discovery.
