Schuchmann Wine Bar & Restaurant Review

Very nice place, I would call it Georgia's "new style dish." Very beautiful building, very attentive staff, the restaurant owned and operated by Shukman Winery, has a variety of Georgian wine options, including Quevri, or called UK orange wine, a white grape variety, wine soil cans buried underground, but fermented into orange with skins. A bit like a casserole - you either love it or hate it all, but from hip Britain including London's Ritz and all the great places!!
