Have eaten at the Rushton a few times before, have always found the food underwhelming. Went back this weekend for dinner Saturday night with friends and had such and terrible experience I needed to share. The biggest problem with this restaurant is the staff, they are young, inexperienced and frankly in serious need of server training. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks, we had ordered a bottle of white wine, which was brought to the table warm, we asked for the server to put ice in the bucket to chill the wine, she brought two glasses of ice to the table and proceeded to stuff the ice in the bucket at the table (why would she not take the bucket away, instead of interupt our conversation and make a mess of our table???). The water they served was warm too so we asked for separate glasses of ice to add to our drinks. When our appetizers arrived, our table was crowded with now empty glasses (which the server had used to bring the ice), we struggled to fit the appetizers, and she walked away...we assumed she would have come back and cleared the empty glasses, but after 30 minutes we flagged her down and asked the glasses away. By the time our entrees arrived, the glasses had still not cleared, nor the plates from our apps. She finally clued in and asked someone to come with a tray to clear the plates and glasses. Ordered a bourbon with a side of gingerale, which came in two glasses, both were filled with ice so could not be mixed. Also to pour from one glass to the other just made a mess. I asked the server for something with a lip so I could pour the gingerale, she brought it and then proceeded to pour my watered down gingerale (because the ice had melted by the time she came back) into the new container...is gingerale SO EXPENSIVE she couldn't have just brought the little 6oz container with fresh gingerale? And again...she left all the glasses. Other complaints: we had ordered a second round of drinks which we never did receive (thankfully we weren't charged for
