Nice setting, great food we came here on our last night. Very convenient to take the subway. Great central location. Great service. Lots of food options too. I ordered the mutton curry I often eat and it was very tasty. We also had a dish with rice and two garlic scones. The medium spice was perfect for me, the scones were delicious and had a garlic taste. Great place to eat Indian food.
It was mouthwatering Indian food after a couple of days of Italian fare. The owner personally greets everyone and serves us complimentary glasses of champagne / soft drinks. The food was perfect, not too greasy - not too oily. A couple of dishes were spicy as we had ordered. The samosas and pakodas had an authentic "Dilli" flavor. We had ordered the thali for two. The portions were enough and extremely satisfying. They offer a few choices of desserts. But by then we had no room for them. Do not leave without having some of this restaurant's special masala chai! All in all, an extremely satisfying experience.
The kitchen is excellent, a cook tells you, and the fact that it is very frequently by Indians tells it long. The place is nice, though nothing special, but is located in the heart of Trastevere. The staff is kind and accurate. The price? Good! The food is great, really Indian like, at least according to my taste (by the way, I am a chef!) and to the numerous presence of many Indians too. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
