This is the only "people writer" left in the world (public writer)! This gentleman has been working for decades to help illiterate people solve writing problems. He works at this post office almost every day. You can ask him to write to his friends or family in Cambodian. The others were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. There was nothing interesting about this post office except this gentleman!

It's still interesting, the French colonized places, the post offices are all decent.
Dopo la cena io caminai alla strada e ho trovato questo edifico, ovviamente è uno di francese style. Mi sento la storia della questa citta.
have passed by the post office numerous times during the time I lived in Phnom Penh, but it was really a unique experience when I joined an ' architecture' tour which started at that very building. It is a great sturdy but elegant old building, and I need to say that the workers there still process mail as it used to be done many decades ago.. by hand, registering everything in huge books. if you go for a visit on a weekend and feel hungry, try the brunch at Kaiser La Poste - an incredible experience that will cost you very little..
Interesting building. Always fairly smooth service for post office services. This is where you catch the Cambodia Post VIP Van in Phnom Penh
