One of my favorite attractions in Rome. For just eight euros, you get a huge collection of modern art in a beautiful palazzo. The collection focuses on Italian art, though pieces from other famous artists from around the world (Monet, Miro, etc.) are included as well. I visited this museum on my last day in Rome and it was really the perfect choice, especially since you can stroll through the Villa Borghese before and after.
There are many collections in the Museum of Roman Art. There are many modernist and abstract collections. Compared with other museums, their collections are more accessible to my audience. There are no railings around it, so you can look closely at it at close range.
