Botanical Garden of Rome

Dating back to 1883, the "Orto Botanico" was in origin the Papal Botanical Garden known as "Simpliciarius Pontificius Vaticanu". It is located on the slopes of the Janiculum Hill, not far from "La Scalea di Trastevere" apartment. Walking in the park, you will be surprised to find yourself lost in a quiet and pleasant place surrounded by all sorts of plants.
