What people are saying:

Great place to watch the sunset in Rome. The drawback is that it can get a bit crowded with all the tourists and people hawking their wares. There is an elevator from the Spagna metro stop to the top for those that might have issues climbing all the stairs. It is worth climbing up for some decent panoramas of the city.

    Postcard image of Rome

Late Renaissance Chiesa di Trinità Dei Monti is more famous for its two bell towers exterior than for its rather modest one nave interior. This church and the Roman Obelisk (a copy of Egyptian obelisk...

It is best known for its commanding position above the Spanish Steps

A beautiful church at the top of the Spanish steps. The church of Santissima Trinità dei Monti, with two symmetrical belfries in the Renaissance-style façade was built by the architects Giacomo della ...

    Disappointed

Sitting atop the Spanish Steps is this Renaissance church that dates back to the late 16th century. An interesting Egyptian imitation Roman obelisk sits in front of the church. Inside I was disappoint...
