    Parking at the side of the road. Very short easy walk for a really nice picture of the mountains. Kid friendly.

    Nice views

    I was looking for a couple of short walks in the Tongariro park. This was nice because it’s right off the road. It was a peaceful view of the mountains.

    Excellent short walk to see stunning view!

    Highly recommend this short walk. The view from the Mounds is absolutely breathtaking. All three mountains were out of the clouds and looked stunning!!
