Rotterdam is a city with many modern buildings, the tallest building in the Netherlands, the suspension bridge Erasmus Bridge, and the tallest office building in Europe. However, our first stop in Rotterdam chose the square cube house in the city. This is not a single, but a unique complex of 51 cube houses. This was built in 1984 by the architect Piet Blom. Although there are 51 houses, only 38 are private residences, others are some shops. Nowadays, with more and more people visiting, it has become a photo spot for Rotterdam's net red card.
block three-dimensional cabin, like a Rubik's cube with a diagonally placed. The appearance can be free to visit, but to enter the room is to buy tickets. Before I went in, I always felt that the space inside was probably small and a bit crowded, but after I went in, I found that there was still three layers in a small box, and the beds and tables inside did not make people feel tilted.
If you want to experience the cube house in depth, the most convenient way is to stay for one night. There is an international youth hostel here, you can stay for about 20 euros a night, it must be a special experience.
Enter the room to visit the ticket: one person 3 euros

Special architecture, nice place to take pictures 😍 Spent only less than 30minutes
[Rubik's Cube House] In the Second World War, Rotterdam was indiscriminately bombed by the German army, causing damage to the entire city's buildings. The hardworking and intelligent Rotterdam people rebuilt modern-style buildings from the rubble, attracting the eyes of the world. Rotterdam is considered an experimental site for modern architecture. The three-dimensional square house is the most famous and typical work. The forest has 51 three-dimensional square houses, 38 private homes, and the rest are part of office space, clothing stores, snack bars and cafes, and even schools. Free, no time limit, the main body is the hotel address: Overblaak 70, 3011 MH Rotterdam, The Netherlands is an inn, I live here, the price is not expensive, the location is great, the facilities are average.
