Rovini: A small tourist spot, picturesque, clear sea, on the pier of the town, fishermen sell fresh aquatic products every day. There are many happy people in the town&#39;s many cafes, and tourists strolling on the streets.

Monte is one of the few &quot;mi one star&quot; level fine dining restaurants in Croatia. The dishes are mostly upgraded to the local cuisine of the Istra Peninsula, and the taste is slightly closer to the central Italian cuisine. The shape of the dishes is almost impeccable, and the taste is still in a good place. The biggest challenge for restaurants is probably still in service, but it seems that this is a difficult problem to solve in the short term...
