Cleaner than expected
The area was cleaner than expected. In town for a special event it also seemed safer than expected. Don't go out of your way to see though many better places in CA.

A New Beginning for LA Waterfront
The LA Waterfront is under a massive improvement project. The area between 5th and 6th Streets are the first to be completed. The seaport is expected to be fully completed by end of 2020.
