Don't go to this park
Worst place. No lights at all and almost no one but homless people. Don't go there. A complete waste of time Not sure why people relate to it as a place to visit
The many lights represent the rise of the city after being pillaged by drug dealers.
Leaving the Antioquia Railway station in Plaza Cisneros, we walked by the statue of Medellin and entered the Parque de las Luces. This large cement area with its 300 light poles and huge bamboo grove...
The collection of lights was interesting to see. Unfortunately, we were advised that that part of town wasn't safe at night so we didn't get to see it lit up.
I went twice a day and both gave me the impression that they would remove my property, outside the light stars there is nothing more to do, maybe it looks beautiful at night but you will have to go very reasonable

Sleep experience
We have been waiting for it to be night and they haven't been on.
At night but with great care
