The dried shellfish of the main dish is perfect to medium rare, especially the matched risotto. Seafood ink sauce noodles are homemade by the kitchen. The fresh ink sauce noodles taste perfect, except for clams, mussels, shrimp, ink fish The meat crabs are peeled from the shells after the live crab is cooked.
