The road with asphalt is only 1 km walk from the Scrioara hostel and 500m walk to the Ice Cave ticket counter. We were admitted as the first visitor before 10am and only the two of us. Mid September is not the best time to visit the ice cave in the year, but there is still ice inside the cave and there is a little bit of ice on the stairs. They did a good job in lightning. Not too much, a bit of color. We did see ice caves (Iceland and Croatia) before and this ice cave was impressive enough. As we left the cave, another tourist entered and a large crowd came down as we ascended.
