This place is expensive but the food is first class and the service excellent, it&rsquo;s a memorable experience. When I went at 4 30pm on a Sunday afternoon it was completely packed and really buzzing. I sat at the bar which was interesting to watch everything going on. The kitchen, bar and food preparation areas are more or less open, and the service is very much a team effort.

A very good hotel, the bar is also great at night, the cocktails inside are delicious, and the Spanish ham is very authentic. On the top floor of a building, it is also a good choice to see the scenery.

A &quot;real&quot; place that doesn&#39;t take itself seriously. Very good sandwiches, well-made scrambles, fruit that is fresh and tasty, nice cinnamon buns served hot, tasty pancakes (tho&#39; I&#39;m not sure that was real maple syrup), and our bacon was overdone. All in all, well worth a revisit (and another after that!)

我们坐在酒吧那边，能看到厨房里忙碌的情形，在那里我们度过了愉快的时光。欢乐时光环节有生蚝提供。谢谢这里的厨师们为我们炮制多款摆盘精美的菜式。总体来说是次很棒的体验。

The Walrus and the Carpenter算是西雅图最负盛名的生蚝吧了，明亮的空间设计、充满现代风格的大吊灯，舒适的用餐气氛很适合好好的品味生蚝一番，配上带点辛辣口感的山葵酱和柠檬汁或是香槟酒醋、再点上一杯Moscato或香槟，想体验最正点的生蚝吧来这里就对了！顺带一提，这里的餐点偏法式，上面打了一个蛋黄的牛排塔塔或是起司拼盘都很受欢迎，还有备受The New York Times推崇的甜点，最特别的就是枫糖面包布丁和烤海枣。

The bright space design, the large chandelier full of modern style, the comfortable dining atmosphere is very suitable for a good taste of oysters, with a spicy flavor of mountain anemone sauce and lemon juice or champagne vinegar. Or order a Moscato or champagne and try the most punctual oysters. By the way, the meal here is partial to French style, with an egg yolk steak tarta or cheese platter on it, and the desserts that are highly praised by The New York Times, the most special are maple syrup bread pudding and roasted dates.
