In Ganzi County, there is a "Commander Zhu De and the Living Buddha Memorial Hall", which details the unforgettable past of the Long March period of the Red Army through the Sichuan-Kang Tibetan area...
This is a memorial hall for the history of the Red Revolution in Tibetan areas recorded in the history of the Party. In early March 1936, Commander-in-Chief Zhu led the Red Four Army to the Tibetan settlement area of Ganzi, Sichuan, and decided to make a short stay here. There is a Baili Temple near Ganzi City, where there are 100 lamas, and the abbot is the Living Buddha of the V. After the Red Army entered Ganzi, the Living Buddha of the V did not hide, nor did the iron bar lamas of the Husi Temple be an enemy to the Red Army. The Living Buddha generously supported the Red Army's righteousness and quickly spread to Ganzi. Commander Zhu heard that there was such a living Buddha, so he went to visit Baili Temple in person. They talked at first sight. Learn about history and respect the leadership.
