"The Buichon Hanok Village is between two of the palaces in Seoul and is on the North side of the city . A main road going North to South seperates this village area into two sections. The larger section is on the west side of the road . the buildings in this area are very well maintained and are occupied by current residence people . There are signs every where telling you to keep you voices down. There are also monitors or helpers on the street to answer your questions or to help you with photos . The area is on a hill so it does give you good views of the Seoul Skyline. "

"The Asian Art Museum is one of the most interesting museums here. In the depths of the museum, there are some natural artworks, including some sculptures and artworks, which are quite unique. Modern artworks are created by Korean artists."

"Zhengdu Library can be regarded as a relatively popular community library in the local area. It is large in scale and well-developed. The local people like it better. There is also a bicycle shed nearby, which is particularly life-like."

"Hanwu Coffee Source is located just north of North University. The location and decoration are very good, it is very suitable for taking small-scale photos. The live music performance can be seen on the weekend. If you want to visit, try not to play too late. The latest subway is 2 am, and it is too difficult to take a taxi at night."

"The folk art exhibition at Bukchon Hanok Village has limited English introduction, but there is a lady who can speak English to help translate. Although it is Korean traditional culture, the influence of Central Plains culture can be seen everywhere. The plaques and banners hanging are all in Chinese, here You can buy folk picture albums with tigers as the theme."

"It is not a museum. A small room structure with knots, a list of items for sale, and a corner where you can choose a lesson on how to create one of some knotted objects. Unless knotting is indeed your business, you may continue to do so."

"It's a bit difficult to find a store, but it's well worth the effort. Chaminda Jayakody is indeed a very talented artist... and also very honest. What he meant was to give us a discount on the exquisite batik we bought, which was not included in the bill for whatever reason. I didn't notice, but he did. He contacted me via email. Since we have left Kandy, in order to make up for this mistake, he promised to send a small batik to our home in Canada. He did it. Another beautiful batik cost him a lot of money, and it must be higher than the discounted price. Impressive...A combination of art and integrity."
