The memorial hall of the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China is located at No. 30, Lane 7, Greenland, Laochengdu North Road, Yan'an Middle Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai. The building area is 2282 square meters and belongs to the special museum of social science historical sites. On June 30, 2002, the memorial hall of the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China officially opened to the public on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the "Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China". The main displays are "The History Exhibition of the Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China", "The CPC Party Constitution Exhibition", "The History of the Civilian Women's School". By the end of 2019, the collection of the memorial hall of the Second General Assembly of the Communist Party of China had a total of 1,868 pieces/sets.

It was a surprise to find in the site of the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China that there was also the former site of the civilian girls' school during the Republic of China. The civilian girls' school was founded in 1922, just one year after the founding of the Communist Party, and it was the first step in the CCP's attempt to try the women's movement. The school director is Cai Hesen and Li Da, and the early leaders of our party have come to teach here. Although the time is short, they have also trained famous writers such as Ding Ling.

The Memorial Hall of the Second Congress of the Communist Party of China is located at No. 30, Lane 7, North Road, Old Chengdu. It was built in Shikumen folk house in 1915 and was the residence of Li Da, then the propaganda director of the Central Bureau. It is also the seat of the People's Publishing House, the first secret publishing agency of our Party. Yanzhong Greenland near the museum is well-known, shady, and the surrounding environment is good. By the way, patriotism education can be carried out. The key point is free, as if it closed on Monday.
