Overseas Chinese Town Wetland Park is located in the Happy Coast of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town. It was officially opened on May 15, 2012, which symbolizes the complete presentation of the Happy Coast model of the integration of ecological public welfare and fashion commerce. Walking into the wetland of the present OCT is like being in a natural oasis of the city. Birds are chirping everywhere, their wings are dancing, and the sky and water are shining together.
Happy Coast is built on the sea and connected by water, covering an area of 1.25 million square meters. It consists of Happy Coast Shopping Center, Qushuiwan Bay, Coconut Forest Beach, Resort Apartment and Overseas Chinese Wetland Park. Wetlands in Overseas Chinese Town are open free of charge and booked for admission. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are open. Individual appointments need to be made two days in advance, group appointments need to be made three days in advance, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday and national statutory festivals can only be made by individuals, and group appointments are made on Thursday, with no more than 30 people in the group.
