Nasir al-Mulk Mosque Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
First trip to Persia - The Pink Mosque
To be honest, I generally don't make detailed plans before I go out to travel, I like the randomness and spontaneity of seeing whatever scenery God gives me; when I go abroad with a group, I never read the group notice, I only grasp the information of the round-trip ticket, I leave everything to the creator.
This way I can always open my eyes like a child, to be amazed, to smile alone in my heart, all these are unexpected surprises.
The day before I was shocked by the green mosque, the group members told me that the pink mosque tomorrow is also good looking.
The first ray of sunlight came in, we were the first wave of visitors to arrive, we can take pictures freely.
It's really beautiful, it's indescribable.
The real name of the Pink Mosque is Nasir al-Mulk Mosque, located in the ancient city of Shiraz. It was built in the 19th century during the Qajar dynasty and took 12 years to carve.
A large amount of pink glazed color is used for decoration inside and outside the building, the sunlight passes through the colored glazed bricks, reflecting the colorful light like a dream. The floor is covered with exquisite Persian carpets, the sunlight shines directly on the carpet, the color and lines are perfectly combined, like a kaleidoscope.
Indulged in the colorful inside, I didn't know that the outside was also unique, the design was exquisite, small and exquisite, very cute.
The most beautiful mosque
In Shiraz, this is the most beautiful mosque known as the Pink Mosque. Its stained glass window with the morning sun shining in makes it the most instagramer mosque. Be prepare to get up early and head over there to get the most pretty pic.
The Pink Mosque of Shiraz, the romantic city of Iran.
The Masjid-i-Masumeh is located in the ancient city of Shiraz, Iran, and is known as the most beautiful mosque in the city. The mosque uses a large amount of colored glass and pink tiles inside, hence it is called the Pink Mosque.
The visual stimulation of the Pink Mosque, with its pink tiles, colorful glass, and vibrant carpets, is unparalleled among mosques around the world.
The interior of the Mosque of Mokha is decorated with a large amount of pink ceramic tiles. In addition to the typical features of traditional mosque architecture, it also has a very rare large colored stained glass window (more commonly seen in European churches). The filtered sunlight through the stained glass window, combined with the indoor colored ceramic tiles and Persian carpets, creates a dreamlike and magnificent light and shadow inside.
Attraction name: Mosque of Makkah
Attraction location: Lotf Ali Khan Zand Street, Shiraz, Fars Province, Iran.
Transportation: Take the subway or rent a car for self-driving.
Notes
The scenic spot is relatively remote and not easily accessible by public transportation. The only way to get there is by driving, so it is more convenient to travel by car. Renting a car for self-driving is not expensive, especially if traveling with multiple people, the cost can be split evenly and it is more cost-effective. Plus, it's more comfortable to travel this way.

Persepolis Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Iran Trip
On April 26, 2023 at 11:00 Iran time, the "Expert-led Exploration of the Wonders of the Persian Empire in Iran" team arrived at their first stop, Persepolis, after a two-hour drive from Shiraz this morning. Yu Su introduced that this was the second capital of the Persian Achaemenid dynasty, located in a basin in the Zagros Mountains of Iran. It was built during the reign of Darius the Great (ruled from 522 BC to 486 BC), and its ruins were discovered near Takht-e Jamshid, 52 kilometers northeast of Shiraz. The city is situated to the east of a mountain and is surrounded by walls on the other three sides. The main remains include the audience hall of King Darius and the Hundred Column Palace.
The pink lake of Iran or mars?
Maharloo Lake is located in the highland of Shiraz, Iran. It is dark pink in colour due to the red tides underneath, hence lovingly called the Pink Lake.
It is a seasonal salt lake with the size approx 25000 hectres. Undoubtedly the most amazing and strangest sight I have ever seen and honestly ,it made me nervous.
We took a flight with Paramotor that made it possible for us to the the lake from high above.
Drive or hire a taxi to get there as it is not accessible to public transportation. Get the taxi to wait up whilst you do the touristy stuff and selfies. There is no other activity than taking pictures, walk on salt, paragliding, picnic and a little hike along the lake.
There were flamingos! A lot of them too.
I can't fully describe how i feel about this place, yes it was pretty, 100%..but it was also so very strange. Almost feel like you are in some sci-fi film.
It reminded me of Vormir (avengers, where the soul stone was (found). It is insanely beautiful and scary at the same time.
No restaurants of here just enjoy the beautiful lake, hold some salt and take lots of pictures! This is nature showing off.

999 places I want to go~ Tomb of Shah Cheragh in Iran
The Tomb of Lamp King is the burial place of two sons of the seventh Shia Imam Kadhim (buried in Baghdad), Ahmad and Muhammad, who fled here to escape the pursuit of the Abbasid dynasty around 900 AD and were eventually caught and Murdered.
At first, there were only tombs here. Later, a local Aya Tula passed by and found light coming out of a cave. After excavation, the tomb was named "Lamp King". A magnificent mosque and theological college were built on the original site. The building was first constructed in the 12th century and was designed in its current form in the 14th century.
From the ceiling to the walls inside the tomb, millions of mirror fragments, stained glass, and crystal chandeliers are decorated. When the sunlight shines in, it reflects in all directions, creating a gorgeous and dreamy visual effect, making people feel like they have stepped into a kaleidoscope.
Shah Cheragh means "King of Light". There are some theories about why it is called the "King of Light". Some people believe that before the reign of Amir Adud Al-Dawla, no one knew where Ahamed-Ebne-Musa was buried. There were some houses around. An old woman lived there. She saw the lights on every Thursday night. It shone until sunrise. After a while, she thought that it might be the tomb of a divine hero. She decided to inform Amir Adud Al-Dawla. The Amir believed her and decided to go there on the first Thursday. The king went to the old woman's house and asked her to inform him as soon as she saw the light. Soon, the old woman saw the light and exclaimed three times, "King! Light!" The king saw the dawn and sent someone to investigate who was buried there.

Although accompanied by a special person, tourists who are not Muslims can not enter the main hall and can only visit in the yard, but even so, the marble columns, the domes and walls that are piled up with countless glass mirrors, the beautiful Persian carpets on the ground It is also amazing enough.

Paradise Garden is the most popular attraction in Iran. Even if Paradise Garden collects 200,000 rials for locals, it is still difficult to stop their enthusiasm.
Paradise Garden has a history of more than 900 years. The great poet Hafiz once mentioned this in many poems. In 1749-1793, the rulers of the Zand Dynasty dynasty lived here. Until 1963, Shiraz University took over the garden from the local government. In 2008, it became a listed plant research center. In the paradise garden, there are hordes of local families, couples and a variety of good friends. Pasargadae Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Pasargadae, Iran | World Heritage Site of Cyrus the Great's Tomb
| World Heritage Site of Cyrus the Great's Tomb.✨ This is Pasargadae, Iran. Here lies the founder of the Persian Empire—Cyrus the Great, whose life was the epitome of a legendary saga.
🎈The solitary tomb of Cyrus the Great stands proudly in the boundless wilderness, as if to provide the last testament to the glory of a brave and skilled warrior. For 2500 years, despite conquests by Alexander the Great and the Mongol cavalry, who destroyed the buildings on this land, only the tomb of Cyrus the Great has been preserved. Perhaps this is the result of a mutual respect among heroes.
🎭Much like the legends surrounding many Chinese emperors, dreams played a significant role in their narratives. Cyrus the Great's maternal grandfather was Astyages, the dominant king of the Median Empire in the Middle East. He dreamt that his daughter's belly was covered with grapevines that entwined around the whole of Asia, interpreting it as a sign that his grandson would threaten his throne. Therefore, upon the child's birth, he ordered his guard Harpagus to dispose of the infant.
🔊However, Harpagus couldn't bear to do it and handed the child over to a shepherd to carry out the deed. The shepherd then raised the child, and ultimately, Harpagus helped him ascend to the throne.
⚔Later on, Cyrus the Great defeated the Medes, Lydians, and the Neo-Babylonian Empire, establishing a vast empire that spanned Asia, Africa, and Europe.
🎏Standing now in Pasargadae, the capital of the Persian Empire, in front of the tomb of Cyrus the Great, Iranians still remember the founder of the Persian Empire. It is said, 'Speak not of the entitlements of ennoblement, for one man's triumphs may come at the cost of many lives.' Regardless of whether a great nation rises or the world is united, in the end, all will change, and dust will return to dust, earth to earth.
