她们家是仅此于油鸡饭的便宜的米其林一星店，但她们家这个队排的之夸张，直接从小摊摊排出门口，再由门口排到大排档店面之外的范围～她们家东西不多，只有炸扁鱼、汤粿条、干面、紫菜汤与肉丸汤五种而已，也只有小份6星币、中份8星币、大份10星币三种价位～整整排了两个多小时，才能成功点餐，点餐之后，再等上3-4轮就差不多走到小摊的跟前，可以看着师傅做餐了～厨房不大，收钱小伙、老板及二厨一共也就三位。小伙收钱之后，将对应的粿条及面条装到碗里，放到老板的左侧。老板不用多管，麻利的将碗中之物丢进锅里，再将大碗放于右边。另取调味中碗，大勺的舀入酱油、辣油、香醋及油泡的榨菜干，取出面条倒入调味碗中一拌，再迅速的最初那个大碗之中。这是二厨过来取走大碗，分别加入扁食（馄饨）、肉脞、猪肉片、丸子、猪肝及小块炸扁鱼～ 干面制作完成～老板又倒入粿条开始沸煮，汤粿条与干面的放入的食材品种是一样的，但做法却是天差地别~沸煮粿条之后，老板又取出一空碗，舀入2勺包含水分的肉糜，夹入几片深红猪肝，最后在放入生猪肉片，撒上紫菜葱花，些许酱油，迅速的倒入大锅沸腾的汤汁，所有生食瞬间全部熟成～ 同样将中碗里的所有东西倒入最初的大碗，由二厨接手，放入剩余的扁食、肉丸及炸扁鱼～粿条汤为肉汤，汤鲜不浓，由于沸汤现烫的关系，猪肝、肉片皆嫩，而肉脞更是因为搅拌了汤汁再烫，口感松软更加水嫩。纯米制作的粿条，弹性口感，与之一起入口弹软鲜嫩，再顺势夹一小块干香有味的炸扁鱼，这搭配还真是不错的啊～干面貌似略微扁宽的鸡蛋黄面，此面主打香弹，口感甚好，面条之间还夹杂了些许豆芽，再香弹置于补上一道水嫩与脆口，口感相当巴士～ 记住每口都弄上一点炸扁鱼，干面搭配干香，很妙的组合～ 在调味方面，主打酱油香与醋香，酱油不算咸，但突出，同时混合着明显的醋酸味，接着略微辣味，算是有层次，但个人觉得酱咸醋酸的风味过于突出了一点，稍微不太喜欢～总体来说还不错，我认为汤粿条得汤头还可以有提升空间，干面的调味需要改进（人家传统调味，当地人吃的津津有味，需要改进的是我这个外国人的舌头吧，哈哈哈），如果排队能控制在半小时以内，汤粿条是值得来吃的，两小时就算了吧，所以请在9点以前达到她们家，传说这个时间之前都不用怎么排队～
