There are 112 food and beverage outlets in Singapore's Changi Airport. There are so many foods that make me worry about what to eat. Tonkatsu by Ma Maison, the newly opened Tonkatsu by Ma Maison, to eat Japanese-style tonkatsu, the team waited for a while before they had a free table. The Japanese-style crispy pork chops sold in the restaurant are made from the best pork and fried into crispy pork chops. We ordered a set meal and each meal also comes with white rice, miso soup and cabbage salad! The signature dish I ordered is Rosu Katsu Set. I like thick pork chops. My husband ordered three types of pork chops with two types of tonkatsu and a tail of fried shrimp. It’s okay if you don’t like pork chops. Tonkatsu by Ma Maison’s menu also has fried shrimp, fried oysters, fried chicken and more.
Its pork chops are very authentic. The meat tendons are cut and beaten to loosen the meat and then marinated. The taste is similar to that of Japan. The latest new product is fried fish, which tastes very good. A simple and affordable restaurant that can be used as lunch.
This restaurant is famous for their Tonkatsu. They have various to choose from the authentic type to fusion. The rice, shredded cabbage and miso soup is replenish-able. There are the usual white rice and brown rice , though i still like white rice, which is sweeter. They have the usual black pork meat and the usual one. There is also the fusion one where several layers of pork are sandwiched with cheese and fried to perfection. The tonkatsu were not oily but crisp. I still prefer their classic black pork.
