Rolling hills are not something you find in Singapore. Coupled with a huge fountain and stunning garden, it is perhaps one of the most refreshing sights in Singapore. The istana is only open to the public during certain public holidays and is rarely accessible otherwise.
It's a good choice to stroll around here when you have time!
