Chinatown was the first place where Chinese arrived in Singapore in the early years, and now it has become a major scenic spot in Singapore. It’s very lively and has a strong Chinese flavor. I like the arcade architecture here.
In the evening, besides the food, there are many bars here, very distinctive bars, not expensive
Kreta Ayer Square is Chinatown Square. There are a lot of people, most of them Chinese. Traveling in a foreign country will inevitably feel homesick. I want to find a very familiar environment~
The square is located almost in the center of Chinatown, just behind the Temple of Tooth Relic. One of the stations in the square is the Chinatown Visitor Information Center, which provides useful information on many Chinatown attractions and activities. There is also the People’s Theatre, where you can watch cultural music and dance performances.
